Jump Stretch Fitness Center is the world’s first rubberband gym, established in 1998. Our specialty is athletic training, but we also offer sculpt & stretch classes and boot camp style, as well as personal training. Our new facility (opened in 2002) also features a weight room with cardio equipment. An orientation class is required before participating in any other classes.

Athletic Training
If your goals are to get to the next level in your sport, we have the training program for you! Our qualified instructors will help you improve speed, vertical jump, lateral movement, flexibility, and endurance as you participate in our high-intensity group workouts. Come in and learn the Jump Stretch training secrets that all the pro’s are using! All we ask is that you give 100% at every session! (Ages 10 & up)

Sculpt & Stretch Class
If your goals are to have more energy, feel better, lose weight, and lower your cholesterol, we can help! Our sculpt & stretch classes for adults meet three M-W-F mornings at 8:30am, with moderate-intensity strength training & cardio workouts. We do many of the same activities as the athletes, but at a more comfortable pace.  (Ages 10 & up)

Boot Camp Class
If you are looking for a more challenging workout that utilizes bands, kettlebells, steps and a whole lot more, look no further! This class is designed to increase strength and improve conditioning. Call 793-8712 for specific class days. (Ages 12 & up)

Personal Training
While we encourage class participation for all sports and fitness needs, we understand that sometimes individual training sessions may be helpful to get you going in the right direction. Personal training sessions may be scheduled with an instructor, at the cost of $50 per hour.
