Calm Cleveland is the areas premier onsite organization that brings the wellness to you. Whether we visit your workplace for a 45 minute yoga class; come to your home for a private or small group class; or serve you with chair massages on location; we are here to take the stress away of wondering “when will I have time to take care of my mind and body?”

Founder, Alysia McKean, EMP, RYT, created Calm Cleveland with the inspiration of bringing her passion of health promotion and wellness right to the group or individual wherever she can. As a former exercise specialist at NASA, she experienced first hand how her programs were affecting the mind and body of the employee’s right onsite. From there, she was inspired to expand her services to places that may not have a fitness center at work, or to people who may not have time to go to the gym. Therefore, cultivating Calm Cleveland with an experienced team of experts.

For the past several years, Calm Cleveland has proven to improve local businesses company moral, the health of their employee’s, and shown a decrease in company sick time. CC also allows private yoga classes to be affordable by providing small group options with friends and family. This in turn creates long lasting wellness commitments by having someone come to your home on a weekly basis.
