At Gemini Quest we believe in “Fitness for Life” health programs where change is not temporary, but permanent. 

We will meet with you and discuss your health goals, then define a fitness program as unique as you are.

For ten years we have been helping improve our clients fitness in a personally designed health program while getting the specific results they desire. These programs range from weight and body fat loss to numerous athletic skill improvements. 

Our weight resistance training, combined with Flex Bands and various types of unique aerobic exercises and nutritional eating modification programs are the key elements of our instructional philosophy.

Gemini Quest is not a large 500-member fitness center where you feel overwhelmed by the amount and types of equipment. We are a small personal studio where you are guided on every exercise move you make and given full professional attention during your session.
