Personal Training appointments are available for Pilates Reformer, Yoga, Boxing, Total Body Conditioning, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Salsa and other Latin Dance Styles in 60 and 90 minute increments, and are offered as Private, Semi-Private or Trio Group sessions.
