Overview:
A large and very complete athletic club and spa, equipped with strength training, aerobics, Jr. Olympic pool, squash, racquetball, tennis, basketball, volleyball and a 20ft (6 meter) rock climbing wall.  There is a full pro shop, a child play center and a light fare restaurant in the club.

Strength Training:
A 25,000 Sq. Ft. fitness center with 80 pieces of variable resistance equipment, including Cybex, Nautilus, Ground Zero and Hammer Strength brands.
Includes a full free weight area with complete olympic free weights, over 20 benches and dumbbells from 1 to 120 lbs (.5 to 54.4 Kg.), and 30 personal trainers on staff

Aquatics:
25 meter (82 ft) outdoor heated lap pool with six lanes, plus two recreational pools, lifeguard on duty, and an extensive aquatics program.

Cardiovascular:
118 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, equipped with E-Zone and Netpulse personal entertainment systems.  Three exercise studios offering more than 100 group exercise classes each week, including spin, Pilates, yoga, aquatics, kickboxing and a variety of cardiovascular, strength conditioning and sport-specific classes.
